CHIMNEY SWEEPING £95

Including type 2 smoke evacuation check, CCTV check pre and post sweep, external and internal appliance photographs and issue of HETAS Certificate.

Appliances covered by above pricing:

  • Lined Stove or open fire.
  • Stove with soot door or register plate/closure plate.
  • Open fire with secondary access point.
  • Freestanding stove with twin wall flue.

Builders Opening £125

Pre-install Sweep £125

Both of the above will have a CCTV recorded inspection emailed to the client.

NEST REMOVAL  £150 FIRST HOUR (£40 PER EXTRA 30 MINS)

Including chimney sweep, CCTV check pre and post sweep, external and internal appliance photographs, smoke evacuation type 2 check and issue of HETAS Certificate.

Nest removal is only available from September 1st to February 28th to comply with the Wildlife and Countryside act 1981

CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS £40

Supply and fitting of sealed battery CO alarm in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and/or HETAS recommendations.

COWL FITTING £150 ( plus cost of cowl – ie £49 for standard rain cowl)

Supply and fit of standard bird cowl (some areas may not allow cowl fitting).  Specialist cowls to be quoted for

CCTV INSPECTION £125

This includes pre camera (CCTV) sweep and includes photographs and full video emailed to the client.  THIS IS NOT a survey.

STOVE CLEANING AND SERVICING

Door rope seal replacement £75

Make and model of stove needs to be notified when booking.  Specialist seals priced separately.

Flue connector re-cementing or roping £25

Glass cleaning £15

FULL STOVE SERVICING £185

  • Replacement of Stove door rope seal
  • Full glass clean
  • Full inside and out clean
  • Re–seal flue connection
  • Re–black stove and polish (stove may smell and smoke on the first few lights after this)
  • Any parts such as replacement fire bricks will be quoted for separately

CALL OUT AND UNSWEEPABLE APPLIANCE CHARGE £50

  • No one home/forgotten appointments
  • Issue of warning notice for dangerous and not sweepable appliance
  • Unsweepable chimney/flue due to no sufficient access (access points can in most cases be retrofitted, work quoted for separately
